KalSoft is looking for an experienced
Enterprise Sales Account Manager with strong knowledge of
Microsoft technologies, ERP/Business Applications, and Automation platforms such as Nintex and Power Platform.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT enterprise sales and the ability to drive revenue through strategic account development.
This is an onsite opportunity for Dubai.
Key Responsibilities-
Develop new enterprise and government customers across UAE.

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with quarterly targets.

Promote and sell solutions in:

Microsoft Cloud & M365
-
Azure & Modern Workplace
-
ERP / Business Applications
-
SharePoint & DMS
-
Nintex / Power Automate workflow automation
-
IT infrastructure, security, and application development
-
Own client relationships and act as primary point of contact.

Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and coordinate with Pre-Sales teams.

Achieve revenue, margin, and pipeline KPIs.

Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and account updates.
Required Skills & Experience-
4–6 years of IT Enterprise Sales experience (mandatory).

Microsoft cloud solutions

ERP/Business Applications (D365 preferred)

Nintex / automation platforms

SharePoint / DMS

Proven ability to build and close enterprise opportunities.

Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.

Ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions (with Pre-Sales support).

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
