Our vision is to become the leading provider of short-term rental technology solutions in the markets, and as the Sales Lead, you will play a critical role in achieving this goal. You will be responsible for converting incoming leads into realized revenue, negotiating and contracting, liaison and handover of bookings to operations teams, CRM management, handling inbound inquiries, and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.

What You ll Bring to the Table

Enterprise Growth: You will take ownership of identifying, pitching, and closing high-value B2B partnerships with real estate developers, institutional landlords, and corporate housing partners. From outreach to final signature, you ll lead the full sales cycle.

Lead Generation & Targeting: You ll work closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing team to define the right target profiles and support outbound efforts through roadshows, campaigns, and partner activations to build a strong sales pipeline.

Corporate Account Management: Beyond just closing deals, you ll manage existing partner relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, renewals, and upsells. You ll be their go-to point for anything related to Silkhaus.

Rate Negotiation & Renewals: You will manage the negotiation and renewal of corporate packages, ensuring mutually beneficial pricing and a focus on long-term retention.

CRM & Pipeline Ownership: You ll ensure all activity is tracked and updated on the CRM from initial outreach to conversion and help drive discipline and clarity across the sales funnel.

Industry Representation: Attend key industry events, real estate expos, and conferences to promote Silkhaus and build a strong presence in the enterprise ecosystem.

Sales Reporting: Own the reporting of KPIs and progress on a weekly/monthly basis, sharing insights on pipeline health, conversion metrics, and areas of improvement.

Inbound & Lead Dispatching: Manage inbound interest through email and website enquiries and ensure these are qualified, assigned, and followed up on using defined CRM flows.

Cross-Team Collaboration: You ll work closely with Operations, Supply, and Finance to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing service delivery for corporate clients.

Sales Conversion: Own your revenue target and consistently deliver conversions by building trust with stakeholders and clearly presenting Silkhaus unique value proposition.

Customer Experience Champion: Ensure every interaction is professional, solution-oriented, and elevates the Silkhaus brand experience.
