Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to drive adoption of Finhub across BFSI and fintech segments. The ideal candidate has experience selling API-based, SaaS, or infrastructure products to banks, NBFCs, fintech's, or regulated enterprises.
This role requires consultative selling, solution positioning, and the ability to navigate complex buying cycles.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end enterprise sales for Finhub (prospecting demo closure
  • onboarding)
  • Identify and engage decision-makers (CIO, CTO, Product, Risk, Compliance)
  • Position Finhub’s APIs and solutions clearly against competitors
  • Lead solution discussions with technical and business stakeholders
  • Manage RFPs, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations
  • Build a strong sales pipeline and forecast accurately
  • Work closely with product and marketing to refine positioning
  • Represent Finhub at industry events and client meetings
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 4–8 years experience in B2B SaaS / API / fintech / regtech sales
  • Experience selling into BFSI, NBFCs, fintechs, or digital platforms
  • Strong understanding of:
    • APIs and SaaS models
    • KYC / onboarding / verification workflows
    • Compliance-driven environments
  • Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience handling long sales cycles
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals
