The Opportunity
NCR is home to hundreds of fintechs, NBFCs, and corporate headquarters—a massive market for Tartan's solutions. We're looking for a hungry, driven sales professional to build pipeline and close deals in this region. This is an individual contributor role with high visibility and direct founder access.

Our deals range from ₹12L to ₹8Cr annually. You'll focus on mid-market and enterprise accounts in the ₹20L-₹1Cr range, with opportunity to grow into larger strategic deals.

What You'll Do
  • Hunt and close new business —prospect, qualify, and convert enterprise accounts in NCR
  • Run the full sales cycle from first meeting to contract signature
  • Build relationships with product, tech, and operations leaders at target accounts
  • Understand client pain points and position Tartan's solutions to address real business problems
  • Drive pilots to paid conversions —demonstrate ROI and expand usage
  • Maintain CRM discipline —accurate pipeline, forecasts, and activity tracking
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success) to ensure smooth handoffs

Must-Have Requirements
  • 4-7 years in B2B SaaS sales with consistent quota achievement
  • Experience selling to BFSI or enterprises —banks, NBFCs, fintechs, insurance, or large corporates
  • Hunter mentality —comfortable prospecting, cold outreach, and building pipeline from scratch
  • Strong communication skills —can present to senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizations
  • Based in Gurgaon/NCR with ability to travel within the region

Good-to-Have
  • Background in APIs, integrations, fintech, HRtech, or enterprise software
  • Experience at high-growth startups (Seed to Series B stage)
  • Existing network in NCR's fintech/BFSI ecosystem
  • Technical aptitude—can understand APIs and speak intelligently with product teams
