Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project strategies, goals, and objectives aligned with the organization's overall vision. Oversee all aspects of project planning, budgeting, and execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage detailed project schedule and resource plan, facilitate team meetings, publish meeting notes and action items, ensure follow up with team members, update project documents and systems, ensure timely completion of action items; facilitate post project/phase reviews.
  • Adhere and contribute to project management standards, processes and governance, including tools and reporting.
  • Communicate project status and be the project advocate; proactively monitor risks, issues, and overall project health. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential challenges and escalate projects at risk to relevant stakeholders.
  • Establish positive and collaborative relationships with all stakeholders and demonstrate a clear understanding of both internal and external stakeholder requirements and success criteria; integrate and align with other departmental processes and solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant Project Management experience.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in various security disciplines such as physical, personnel, and cyber security along with experience in compliance and risk management disciplines with PMP certification preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint).
  • Project Management experience using industry best practices and methodologies, including waterfall, agile, and hybrid.
  • Ability to manage concurrent initiatives and work streams from planning to delivery, utilizing a variety of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Stay abreast of the latest information security regulatory requirements, technologies, controls, practices, techniques and threats.
  • Prior experience with leading projects within various security disciplines, such as compliance, security awareness, training, physical, personnel, and cyber security.
  • Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority.

Pay Rate Range

80 - 95 USD hourly
