Job Purpose

Review End-to-End standard and non standard solutions .

Report To Position Name

2- Review with solution team for implementation and deployment of non standard and Gated Communities Solutions.

3- Prepare required technical configuration and ensure network readiness to support customer required services (Internet, VPN ,IVPN ,Fixed Voice, SIP Trunk, WIFI and etc..)

4- Agree with Enterprise customer for final setup and test procedures

5- prepare, test and configure Enterprise and Gated Communities customers different required CPEs (Like Modems , Routers , Switches ,ONT ,Access Points ,etc…)

6- configure network Core/access routers and devices to support customer required services

7- Test and ensure the performance of last mile link that connect Enterprise customer to our network

8- test End-to-End solution with enterprise customer to ensure that delivered service is satisfying customer requirements and Etisalat ISP service standards

9- Suspend/Unsuspend Enterprise customer services upon system orders

10- Terminate Enterprise customer services and ensure to release all reserved network resources

11- Test new CPEs for various scenarios that support enterprise customers solutions

12- Troubleshoot performance problems from customer premises and network nodes and report test results to concerned teams to solve .

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

CCNA , ISP Knowledge..

Engineering Bachelor’s.

More than 3 Years in Network Field.
