Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to lead the global design and implementation of workforce incentives compensation and performance-based pay solutions for retail stores, leveraging Oracle CX. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in Oracle Technical Architecture, a strong background in Enterprise and Solution Architecture frameworks, and a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of workforce incentives compensation and performance-based pay solutions for retail stores.
• Architect end-to-end integrated solutions that leverage Oracle CX and align with client business objectives.
• Conduct assessments of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design tailored solutions.
• Develop comprehensive architectural designs, solution specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to drive consensus among stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with solution strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance solution offerings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve challenges that span across multiple teams and domains.

Technical Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience.

• Advanced proficiency in Oracle Technical Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Frameworks and Solution Architecture principles.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering complex, multi-tower, and large-scale solutions.
• Experience in workforce incentives or performance-based pay solutions is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL is an asset.
