Enterprise Solutions Senior Engineer.B2B

Job Purpose

Provide optimum and cost-effective solutions for the Enterprise customers. Building and certifying
B2B solutions for Enterprise products. Initiate new solutions based on Etisalat capabilities to
enhance Etisalat customers experience and increase Etisalat B2B business opportunities. Provide
technical direction and guidance for all B2B products development. Manage Enterprise solutions
hardware stocks and availability as per communicated forecasts. Manage E2E B2B Wireless
Solutions.

Report To Position Name

Leading the B2B Solutions Architect and offering.
Manage E2E B2B Solutions implementation.
Provide technical direction and guidance for all B2B product development
Provide technical consultancy and support for Etisalat sales force.
Creating innovative, unique, and cost-effective solutions for the customers.
Ensure that proposed offers includes optimum technical solutions that accurately address customer
needs.
Position our B2B solutions against the competition.
Write technical requirement specifications and translate these accurately to the Sales, delivery and
bid management.
Preparing technical proposals templates and documents.
Construct and deliver training that ensures that the Sales teams understand Etisalat B2B produ and solutions.
Initiate new products and services to increase Etisalat business opportunities.
Proactively identify opportunities for customer experience improvement based on customer and
business feedback
Report monthly the solutions progress and development against targets.

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

Understanding of end-to-end view of Etisalat network.
Ability to translate the business (commercial) requirements into solutions.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Strong management of processes
Excellent written and oral skills.

QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE

University Degree in Engineering ( Telecom/Computer )
Excellent Computer skills, Advanced MS Office, MS Project and Visio are required.
Excellent in English (Reading, Writing & Oral).

EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL

Minimum 2 years technical Experience.
Strong experience in Mobile & ISP solutions, products and services.
