Entomologist ( Have Department of Plant Protection license )

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Entomologist responsible for identifying, monitoring, and controlling pest infestations. The candidate must hold a valid license from the Department of Plant Protection (DPP) and ensure all fumigation and pest control activities comply with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspection and identification of insects, pests, and infestations in residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
• Plan and implement effective pest control and fumigation programs.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Plant Protection (DPP) rules and regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation for fumigation treatments and chemical usage.
• Supervise fumigation operations including container fumigation, warehouse treatment, and field applications.
• Provide technical guidance and training to pest control staff.
• Monitor pest control effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and application of pesticides and chemicals.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities for inspections, audits, and license renewals.
• Prepare reports and maintain records as per compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Entomology, Agriculture, or related field.
• Mandatory valid license from Department of Plant Protection (DPP).
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in pest control or fumigation industry.
• Strong knowledge of pesticides, fumigation techniques, and safety standards.
• Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel for reporting).
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM
