Job Summary
The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) is responsible for
owning, operating, and scaling an InvestTech / FinTech business on a day-to-day basis
, within a Saudi Venture Builder.
This role acts as the
primary operator of the venture
, with full accountability across product execution, growth, and operational performance.
The business operates at the intersection of financial data, analytics, and investor-facing tools. As such, this role requires a combination of
business judgment, product thinking, and growth discipline
.
This is not a structured corporate role. It requires
high ownership, resilience, and intensity
. The EIR is expected to take full responsibility for execution, make decisions under uncertainty, and drive the business toward
product-market fit, scalable growth, and strong unit economics
