Entrepreneurship Teacher

About Us:
The Noor Project is a non-profit initiative focused on education, skills training, and community empowerment. Through its Noor Technical and Training Institute (NTTI), the project provides practical training to help individuals become economically self-reliant.

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Entrepreneurship Teacher to equip students with the mindset, knowledge, and skills needed to start and manage their own businesses successfully.

Position: Entrepreneurship Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging sessions on business planning, startup development, marketing, budgeting, and financial literacy
• Introduce students to real-world case studies and success stories
• Guide students in developing their own business ideas and startup plans
• Conduct interactive workshops on business pitching, branding, and customer service
• Evaluate student progress through assignments, presentations, and project work
• Collaborate with the institute to connect students with business incubation or micro-financing opportunities (where applicable)
• Stay up to date with current trends in entrepreneurship and small business development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of teaching or practical business experience (startup or small business preferred)
• Strong knowledge of business development principles, marketing, and financial planning
• Ability to inspire, mentor, and guide aspiring entrepreneurs
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Certification in Entrepreneurship, Business Coaching, or related areas (if available) is a plus
• Familiarity with digital tools for presentations and online resources is desirable
• Female Preferred

Location: EME Lahore

Salary: 30,000-35,000 per month.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 18 per week
