Entry Level Accounting Assistant (Recent Graduates)

My business consulting industry client in downtown Boston is hiring for a recent graduate (2024, 2025, 2026) who wants to get their foot in the door at an international consulting $300 million organization of 1,500+ employees.

They currently have two accounting openings: one in billing and the other in collections.

This department only goes into the office 1x per week (Wednesdays), with the rest of the time remote.

Qualified applicants must have the following

• US Citizen or Green Card status
• Ability to commute into downtown Boston 1x per week (Wednesdays)
• Quiet, reliable work-from-home setup
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or similar
• Internship / Co-Op experience OR maximum 1 year of professional experience
• Strong communication & collaboration skills

Compensation is up to $60K + discretionary bonus + benefits
