Entry Level Administrative Assistant – Real Estate Law Firm (Knox/Henderson, Dallas)

An established and respected real estate law firm located in the Knox/Henderson area of Dallas is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Entry Level Administrative Assistant to join our team. Our firm is home to multiple Board-Certified Attorneys, and we pride ourselves on a collaborative work environment where employees often build long-term careers.

Position Overview:

In this role, you’ll work closely with legal assistants, paralegals, and attorneys to support daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities, and solid computer skills. Please note that this is a full-time, in-person role based at our office, with a regular schedule from Monday through Friday. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. While start and end times are flexible, employees are expected to complete 40 hours per week within these standard business hours. This may require arriving earlier or staying later to meet the weekly hour requirement

Key Responsibilities:

· Answer phones and greet clients professionally and courteously

· Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including legal correspondence

· Monitor and replenish office supplies and maintain the community kitchen

· Perform data entry and update client records in case management systems

· Organize and maintain client files; draft basic legal letters

· Follow up with clients regarding signed documents

· Assist attorneys, paralegals, and office management with additional tasks as

needed

What We’re Looking For:

· Reliable self-starter with a proactive attitude

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism

Qualifications:

· High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

· Prior office or law firm experience is a plus, but not required

· Receptionist and/or administrative experience preferred

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Accurate data entry and keyboarding skills

Additional Details:

This is a full-time, in-office position at our Dallas location

No nights or weekends required

Salary Range: $37,000 - $40,000, commensurate with experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
