Job Description:

This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth administrative tasks in the HR/recruiting department. The ideal candidate should excel at multitasking, seamlessly transitioning between tasks. They must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to handle multiple projects concurrently. Strong team collaboration, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are essential. Excellent written, verbal, and quantitative abilities are required. The HR assistant should exhibit strong communication skills, fostering a welcoming and professional environment in the front office.

Responsibilities:

Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation logistics.
Helping to post job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
Handling phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to appropriate HR team members or responding directly when appropriate.
Drafting and proofreading emails, letters, memos, and other related documents.
Maintaining organized electronic filing systems for HR documents such as resumes, applications, and employee record

Requirements:

Bilingual - Must be fluent in English and Spanish (REQUIRED)
Previous experience in an administrative role or internship is a plus but not required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, sheets, drive)
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
