Entry Level Assistant Manager

As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you will support daily retail operations, assist in managing a sales team, and help drive business growth. This role is designed for motivated individuals eager to gain hands-on leadership experience in the retail sales industry. You’ll receive structured training, one-on-one mentorship, and opportunities to advance into higher-level management roles as you demonstrate aptitude and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior management in overseeing day-to-day operations, including opening/closing, inventory management, and sales floor supervision
• Lead by example to provide excellent sales support and customer service in-store, maintaining a welcoming, solutions-driven environment
• Train, coach, and motivate junior sales associates to achieve individual and team performance goals
• Collaborate with management to execute sales strategies, promotions, and community outreach initiatives
• Handle customer concerns professionally, resolving issues to ensure positive experiences and repeat business
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, store cleanliness, and adherence to company and store policies

Qualifications:

• An associate’s degree or equivalent, preferred
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or management, preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and inspire others
• Goal oriented mindset, ability to thrive in a fast paced, results driven environment
• Reliable, adaptable, and proactive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
