Entry Level Attorney – General Liability

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research and analyze complex legal and factual matters.
• Draft pleadings, respond to written discovery, take depositions, and assist in arbitrations and trials.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, courts, witnesses, opposing counsel, and co-counsel while ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Travel as necessary for court appearances, client meetings, and related obligations.
• Work remotely with the flexibility to attend the Philadelphia office when required.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience, with a preference for defense litigation.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar licenses in Pennsylvania (mandatory).
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Genuine interest in liability defense work.
• Prior clerkship experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
