Van Horn Law Group is expanding in Pittsburgh and seeking an Entry-Level Bankruptcy Attorney who is motivated, client-focused, and ready to build a career in consumer bankruptcy law. This role is ideal for a recent law school graduate, newly licensed attorney, or someone looking to transition into bankruptcy practice with full training provided.

Our Pittsburgh office is growing quickly and is supported by a well-trained team and resources from our Fort Lauderdale headquarters.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial consultations after training and help clients understand their options.
Assist with Chapter 7 and 13 case evaluations and recommend appropriate strategies.
Review client documents and prepare filings with support from paralegals and docs teams.
Attend 341 meetings and hearings with proper preparation and mentorship.
Work closely with intake, case managers, and trustee-doc teams to move cases efficiently.
Communicate clearly with clients to set expectations and guide them through the process.

What We’re Looking For
Licensed Pennsylvania attorney or awaiting bar results.
No prior bankruptcy experience required — full training provided.
Strong communication and client-relations skills.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn bankruptcy law.
Positive attitude and a team-first approach.

Pay: $74,255.00 - $93,346.00 per year
