What You'll Be Doing

You'll join a team of professionals in a modern, fully paperless office environment, working directly with clients to manage their financial records using today's best digital tools. You'll build real relationships, develop specialized skills, and take on meaningful work from day one, all with clear guidance and defined workflows to set you up for success.

You don't need a background in finance, but you do need to bring:

• Strong computer skills across common programs (Word, Excel, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)

• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
• A long-term outlook — we invest in people who want to stay and grow

Experience with QuickBooks, payroll, or HR is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker. Customer service experience is a real asset.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong desktop computer skills
