Entry Level Business Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates, professionals restarting their careers, or individuals transitioning into the IT industry. The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, analyse processes, and support project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements
• Analyse operational workflows and identify improvement opportunities
• Create reports, dashboards, and project documentation
• Participate in client discussions and team collaboration sessions
• Assist in creating functional specifications and reports
• Support testing, validation, and documentation activities
• Coordinate with development and QA teams
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and status updates
• Maintain project documentation and tracking reports

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Basic understanding of business processes and SDLC
• Familiarity with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or reporting tools
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
