Requirements

Respond to patient and client inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels

Provide basic information on services, appointments, billing, and general support

Direct complex or sensitive inquiries to the appropriate team or department

Document all interactions accurately in our CRM and support systems

Follow up with patients and clients to ensure satisfaction and resolution

Follow company scripts, guidelines, and communication standards

Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines

Participate in paid training, onboarding, and ongoing coaching sessions
