Entry-Level Customer Service Sales Representative

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Customer Service & Sales Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve inquiries, provide product information, and support sales efforts. Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions
• Assist customers with orders, returns, billing questions, and general support
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Support the sales team by generating leads, upselling, and cross-selling when appropriate
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM systems
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to management when necessary
• Meet performance goals related to customer satisfaction, sales, and productivity
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM or call center software is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively
• Prior customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
