As our projects continue to expand across NYC, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Engineer to become part of our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive ASHRAE Level II energy audits and prepare clear, data-driven reports.
• Lead retro-commissioning (RCx) evaluations for existing buildings.
• Support compliance efforts for NYC Local Law 87 and Local Law 97.
• Identify energy-saving opportunities through detailed system analyses and performance assessments.
• Perform feasibility and cost-benefit studies related to building upgrades or efficiency projects.
• Review mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for potential optimization.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented is a MUST.
• Excellent analytical and technical writing skills, with the ability to produce professional reports, excel calculations and simple analysis
• Bachelor’s degree

Position Overview

• Location: Flushing, NY (preferred)
• Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour workday
• Travel: Up to 100% for site visits and project meetings
• Work Arrangement: Primarily in-office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $1.00 per hour
