Entry-Level Graphic Designer & Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:
We are looking for an entry-level Graphic Designer & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with design experience who also enjoys working directly with customers. The position is hourly and primarily office-based, but may include occasional hands-on help in our production area. Pay is subject to change dependent on skills & experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and prepare print-ready graphics for banners, signs, apparel, and other custom products
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person to gather design requirements, provide updates, and answer questions
• Assist walk-in clients and handle incoming phone inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Place and track wholesale orders for materials and supplies
• Coordinate and assist with production schedules and project timelines
• Occasionally pick up materials from local vendors (must have a valid driver’s license)
• Collaborate with coworkers in a small, shared workspace
• Assist with production tasks as needed (e.g., screen printing, vinyl application, banner setup)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Basic graphic design experience, especially for print projects
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with customers and handling service-related needs
• Valid driver’s license for occasional errands

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
• Previous customer service experience
• Exposure to or interest in screen printing, vinyl, or other production techniques
