BECOMING OUR ENTRY-LEVEL HVAC SERVICE DISPATCHER

We're looking for someone who finds it fun and challenging to achieve the responsibilities outlined below and who can meet the following qualifications:

• Excellent phone skills
• Ability to use a computer
• Ability to quickly learn our intricate software system
• Previous experience as a customer service representative would be a plus

As our Entry-Level HVAC Service Dispatcher, you'll be the linchpin that keeps our operations running smoothly every Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM! Each day, you'll evaluate incoming customer calls and match the right technician to every job, ensuring our customers receive timely and effective service. You'll need to quickly learn the ins and outs of our business to prioritize the most urgent calls and relay detailed, accurate information to our technicians in the field. Your role doesn't stop there - you'll also record and report service calls, keeping meticulous records that help us maintain our high standards. Throughout the day, you'll update customers on their technician's progress, providing them with peace of mind. Participating in regular training sessions will help you grow and develop professionally, ensuring you stay at the top of your game.
