Are you passionate about technology and eager to kickstart your IT career? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our IT team as an Entry-Level IT Support Specialist. This hands-on role offers excellent exposure to a wide range of IT systems, tools, and real-world troubleshooting scenarios. You’ll support end users; help maintain IT infrastructure and be a key player in ensuring smooth technology operations across our office locations.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5PM

  • Requires occasional local travel, a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt Level 1 IT support to internal users
  • Configure and deploy new computers and user accounts
  • Manage user access and perform password resets via Active Directory
  • Maintain and update Group Policy settings
  • Install and troubleshoot printers and related peripherals
  • Support VoIP phone system setup and configuration
  • Assist with VPN and firewall configuration and support
  • Perform basic Microsoft 365 administration (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and current IT documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong interest in IT and a proactive attitude toward learning
  • Familiarity with Windows OS and Office 365 applications
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (firewalls, VPNs) is a plus
  • Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy is desirable
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally

Education & Certifications

While no formal degree or certification is required, having one or more of the following is considered beneficial:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
