Entry-Level Licensed Public Adjuster – Sales Representative (Bilingual Preferred | $150K+ Potential)

Crossroads Insurance Recovery Advocates is looking for hungry, coachable individuals to join our team as Licensed Public Adjusters.

We’ve been in business for over 15 years, have more 5-star reviews than any public adjusting firm in the Houston area, and operate with proven systems that help our team consistently succeed.

No prior public adjusting experience is required. We will train you. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, build trust, and communicate clearly.

Licensing Requirement:

Applicants must hold an active Texas Public Adjuster license or be willing and able to obtain one before beginning employment.

IMPORTANT: An All-Lines Adjuster license alone does not qualify for this role.

Compensation:

Salary + Commission

Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential

First-year earning potential: $150,000+

Performance-based incentives

Gas support provided

Additional compensation consideration for bilingual or multilingual candidates

Bilingual Candidates Encouraged to Apply:

A significant portion of our clients speak Spanish and other languages. Spanish-speaking candidates are highly preferred, and multilingual candidates may receive additional financial incentives.

What the Role Looks Like:

Travel throughout the Houston area to active property losses

Be on the road early, typically between 7:30 and 8:00 AM

Begin client engagement at or after 9:00 AM in compliance with state regulations

Meet homeowners and business owners on-site following fire losses

Have real, honest conversations that build trust

Generate and close new business through face-to-face interaction

Work alongside team members on opportunities when needed
