Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Restoration Estimator with a background in property insurance or adjusting to join our growing team. This is a full-time position with strong earning potential and performance-based incentives.

If you have experience writing accurate, thorough estimates (not just copying and pasting line items), we want to hear from you.

Duties

  • Prepare detailed, accurate property restoration estimates using industry-standard software while ensuring all line items reflect the true scope of work and site conditions.
  • Review, submit, and manage supplements as needed, providing thorough documentation and justification to support revisions and ensure proper claim approvals.
  • Conduct property inspections and assessments when required, gathering measurements, photos, and documentation to support complete and defensible estimates.
  • Utilize platforms such as Xactimate, Symbility, DocuSketch, and CompanyCam to create comprehensive project documentation and maintain organized digital records.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail by carefully reviewing estimates for accuracy, proper coding, and compliance while avoiding templated or copy-and-paste shortcuts.
  • Travel as needed to Dallas, Austin, and surrounding areas to perform inspections, meet with stakeholders, and support active projects.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in property insurance adjusting or property damage estimating, with a solid understanding of residential and/or commercial restoration scopes.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard estimating and documentation software, including Xactimate, Symbility, DocuSketch, CompanyCam, and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), with the ability to navigate these platforms efficiently and accurately.
  • Demonstrated ability to write thorough, detailed estimates from scratch, ensuring all line items accurately reflect site conditions rather than relying on templates or copy-and-paste methods.
  • Experience preparing and negotiating supplements, including proper documentation and justification to support claim revisions.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel frequently to Dallas, Austin, and surrounding areas (travel expenses covered).
  • Willingness and ability to obtain a Texas Public Adjuster (PA) License prior to start date (licensing costs reimbursed upon passing).
  • Ability to work full-time (Monday–Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm) and maintain consistent productivity during standard business hours.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

Benefits:
