Entry Level Personal Injury Attorney

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Entry Level Attorney to join our legal team. Our firm is dedicated to protecting our clients, every step of the way. This position is an excellent opportunity for a recent law school graduate who is eager to gain hands-on experience and grow their career in a dynamic, fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters under attorney supervision
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations (with support and training)
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel
• Support senior attorneys with case strategy and trial preparation

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school (required)
• Texas Bar admission (or awaiting results/pending admission)
• Strong legal writing and research skills
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and self-motivated

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
