Personal Injury Litigation Assistant

Plaintiff's personal injury law firm is seeking an Litigation Legal Assistant. Bilingual is a PLUS. Duties include but not limited to the following:

- Reviewing discovery;

- Drafting Petitions;

- Drafting and filing various Motions;

- E-filing;

- Reviewing and filing medical records; and

- Assist in trial preparation, including exhibits and witness lists

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
