Entry-Level Python Developer (AI & Automation Focus)

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Python Developer (Fresher / Entry Level) who has a strong foundation in Python and is eager to grow into the fields of AI, automation, and workflow development. You will work on real-world projects involving APIs, AI agents, and automation pipelines.

This role is ideal for someone who learns quickly, adapts to new tools, and thrives in a fast-changing AI-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based applications, workflows, and automation scripts.
• Work with frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, and Django for building APIs and services.
• Implement GET/POST request handling and integrate third-party APIs.
• Explore and work with AI/LLMs (Large Language Models), LangChain, and AI agents.
• Collaborate on building agentic workflows and automation pipelines.
• Contribute to test automation using Selenium and Playwright.
• Work with Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
• Debug, test, and optimize code for scalability and performance.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and adapt quickly to new tools.

Required Skills

• Core Python: strong basics, OOP, error handling, file handling.
• Web Frameworks: working knowledge of Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
• API Handling: GET/POST requests, JSON parsing, integration.
• AI & LLM Awareness: basic understanding of LLMs, LangChain, and AI agents.
• Automation Tools: Selenium, Playwright for browser automation.
• Version Control: Git/GitHub (branches, pull requests, merging).
• Problem Solving: ability to analyze and solve new problem statements logically.
• Learning Agility: ability to quickly pick up new AI/automation tools.

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of workflow automation with Python.
• Experience with scripting for scraping or data pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
• Contributions to GitHub or open-source projects.
