What Your Week Looks Like: Start each day with a warm pipeline of leads in Follow Up Boss — not a cold call list Join the daily digital morning team huddle for roleplay, strategy, and problem solving Show homes, run listing appointments, and negotiate deals with full back-office coordination support (our team will write the offer, submit it for review, and manage the file from pending to closed) Attend weekly coaching sessions led by top producers, teaching listings, buyer strategy, and systems mastery Close deals. Collect commissions. Repeat.
