What You’ll Do

• Learn how to help clients buy, sell, and invest in homes.
• Build relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Attend training and coaching sessions to master sales and negotiation.
• Use KW’s marketing tools and technology to generate and manage leads.
• Stay compliant with real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations.

Who You Are

• Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — ready to build your own business.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required).
• Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a California Real Estate License.

Compensation

$60,000 – $150,000+ per year (commission-based; you control your income)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected Hours: 20–40 per week
