The Role:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and high-energy individual to join our team as a full-time Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our firm, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our clients. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone looking to start a career in a professional office setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
Answering and routing phone calls in both English and Spanish.
Scheduling appointments and managing the firm’s calendar.
Assisting with basic administrative tasks (scanning, filing, mail distribution).
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front office area.

Qualifications:
Bi-lingual (Fluent in English and Spanish) is a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Natural ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
A positive "people person" attitude—we work with clients during sensitive times, so empathy is key!
Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance.

Details:
Start Date: Immediate
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday 9-5
Location: Crystal Lake office
