Compensation:
$23.00 Hourly

Location: Full time (On-site) Hillsboro, OR

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM)


What the role requires

Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their goals and strategize recruitment plans. While holding them to standards and expectations

Develop trainings to further our hiring managers and help them be efficient

Create compelling job postings that describe the position and reflect the company values.

Utilize online platforms such as Indeed to manage high-volume candidate flow.

Collaborate with teammates to consistently achieve record-breaking hiring results.
Attend weekly leadership meetings to further develop your career path.


Qualifications:

  • Ability to set and achieve goals independently

  • Passionate about exceeding expectations and going the extra mile to achieve goals

  • Willingness to communicate with hiring managers via email, phone, and in-person

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!
