Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Entry Level Recruiter based in Phoenix, AZ, with opportunities for partial work-from-home flexibility. You have to love talking to people and telling a great story! The Entry Level Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and booking candidates with leadership for an outside sales roles within the organization.

Daily tasks include reviewing candidates, screening resumes, making 70-80 calls daily, scheduling interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and assisting in the organization of hiring events. The Recruiter will also collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.

Qualifications

Superior Customer Services Skills
Loves the Phones & Talking with People
Experience or knowledge in recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple hiring tasks efficiently
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with different departments
Basic knowledge of the Customer services / sales industry is advantageous but not required
