Duties

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Promote our products and services through outbound telemarketing efforts while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to insurance sales, retail products, or marketing campaigns, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
  • Negotiate terms with customers to close sales effectively while upholding company policies and customer interests.
  • Manage sales administration tasks such as updating customer records, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless benefits administration, compliance with HIPAA regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), and excellent customer service.

Experience

  • Previous experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a proactive attitude!
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling you to connect with a broader range of clients.
  • Familiarity with sales analysis tools or marketing platforms will help you excel in this role.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for building rapport and delivering compelling presentations.
  • Experience in sales administration or benefits administration enhances your ability to manage client information efficiently.

Pay: $49,971.34 - $60,180.54 per year
