• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines
• Negotiate terms and close deals by demonstrating excellent communication skills and understanding client requirements
• Collaborate with marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for outreach
• Perform telemarketing activities to generate leads and set appointments for further engagement
• Maintain a high level of professionalism during all interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and listen actively
• Previous experience or familiarity with telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
