Entry-Level Sales Associate

We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our telecommunications team as an Entry Level Sales Associate. As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers to present internet services, wireless options, and home connectivity solutions. You will assist with account activations, billing support, service upgrades, and product recommendations, while learning valuable sales and business development skills in the fast-growing telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities of an Entry Level Sales Associate

• Engage with customers to promote fiber internet, wireless services, and home connectivity packages
• Assist with account activations, billing inquiries, plan changes, and service upgrades
• Deliver outstanding customer service by identifying needs and recommending the best solutions
• Support daily and weekly sales goals by presenting promotions, bundles, and upgrade offers
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, sales activity, and account updates
• Represent the company with professionalism, product knowledge, and customer-first service
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to achieve sales, business, and performance goals
