Entry Level - Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Inbound Leads

We’re looking for people early in their career (or making a career shift) who want to learn a proven system, build real skills, and see results quickly.

You don’t need years of experience. You do need drive, consistency, and the ability to take coaching and apply it immediately.

The Role: Fast-Paced and Performance-Driven

We generate a high volume of inbound leads. Your role is to turn that demand into scheduled appointments for our sales team.

  • 100+ daily touchpoints (calls + texts)
  • Speed-to-lead focus—connecting with prospects quickly
  • No cold outreach—you’re working inbound interest
  • Clear performance metrics tied to your growth and earnings

The Mission: High Volume, High Reward

You will be the "Engine Room" of our growth. Unlike other roles where you’re hunting for leads, we provide them. Your job is to handle the massive influx of people reaching out to us and turn that interest into booked appointments for our sales team.

  • The Daily Grind: You will handle a minimum of 100+ touchpoints per day (calls and text messages).
  • The Goal: Speed to lead. When an inbound lead contacts us, you are on the phone with them immediately.
  • The Organization: You’ll need to manage our database with a high level of detail. With this much volume, if you aren't naturally organized, you won't survive.
  • The Training: You will be coached daily. You must be a "blank slate" ready to take direct feedback and implement it on the very next call.

Essential Job Functions

  • Efficient Scheduling: Manage and own the calendars for our sales representatives
  • Lead Conversion: Use our proven scripts to overcome objections, ask key questions, and funnel customers into our sales channel.
  • Customer Interaction: Act as the first, high-energy point of contact for our brand, gathering vital info while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Data Integrity: Accurately enter customer details, cancellations, and reschedules into the company database.
  • Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the sales and service departments to ensure a seamless handoff of every customer.

  • Articulate: You sound great on the phone—energetic, professional, and clear.
  • Disciplined: You don't need a manager hovering over you to hit your 100-call quota.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new CRM software.

Requirements & Physical Demands

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Recent College Grads highly encouraged to apply).
  • No previous phone experience required—we will train the right personality.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
