Entry Level Sales / Marketing /Social Media / Video Editors - $60K+ Potential (Bergen/Rockland)

Job Overview

We’re hiring 2–3 motivated, creative individuals who want to build real-world skills in sales, marketing, social media, and content creation.

This is a hybrid opportunity (preferable in person Rockland County, NY) where you’ll not only learn how to communicate, sell, and grow a business—but also help create content (Instagram, TikTok, video, etc.) that drives real results.

No experience required — we train everything.

If you’re someone who’s into social media, enjoys being creative, and also wants to make money and grow fast… this is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Learn sales, communication, and client acquisition
• Assist with social media content (IG, TikTok, short-form video)
• Basic video editing / content creation (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
• Help brainstorm and execute marketing ideas
• Engage with clients (in-person and/or virtual)
• Build confidence presenting and closing opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills
• Interest in social media, content creation, or marketing
• Basic video editing or design skills (huge plus, not required)
• Coachable, reliable, and self-motivated
• Competitive mindset (sports, sales, or similar background is a plus)
• Local to Bergen/Rockland or open to hybrid work
• Reliable transportation (for in-person days)

No degree or prior experience required.

Schedule:

• 2–3 days per week
• Flexible hours (daytime and/or afternoon

$15–$20/hour base + performance-based commissions & bonuses
