Entry Level Sales Representative

Holt Dynamics, a growing sales and business consulting firm, is currently hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative to support the promotion of Frontier’s internet and TV services in the Hartford area. This is an ideal opportunity for motivated individuals looking to build a foundation in sales and customer engagement while representing an essential service provider.

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will connect directly with local households to introduce Frontier’s fiber internet and streaming solutions. You’ll learn how to identify connectivity needs, explain the benefits of upgrading from traditional cable providers, and help customers choose services that match their streaming, gaming, and work-from-home demands.

In this role, you’ll serve as a key contributor to Frontier’s local growth by building relationships within the community, qualifying potential customers through meaningful conversations, and supporting overall team sales goals.

Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Representative

- Promote Frontier’s fiber internet services to households currently using traditional cable providers, positioning fiber as the modern solution for today’s connectivity needs.

- Engage residents in conversations to understand their digital usage patterns and recommend appropriate speed tiers and Wi-Fi solutions.

- Clearly explain Frontier’s Straightforward Pricing model, highlighting transparency, simplicity, and long-term value.

- Verify serviceability and territory details using mapping tools to ensure smooth account activation and customer onboarding.

- Stay informed on competitor offers and local market trends to support stronger, more strategic sales conversations.

- Educate customers on Frontier’s fiber reliability and available TV streaming bundle options to enhance the overall connected-home experience.

Entry Level Sales Representative

- High school diploma or GED is a plus

- Previous experience in customer service, management, or entry-level sales preferred.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain products and build trust with customers.

- Detail-oriented and dependable, capable of managing leads within a competitive residential market.

- Basic problem-solving skills to address serviceability questions and support smooth installations.
