Entry Level Sales Representative

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. As a Sales representative, you will play a vital role in driving sales and maintaining the store's overall presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales.
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks when needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Find new leads and have consistent leads coming in.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS/CRM systems and cash register operations.
• Strong basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Ability to perform product demos effectively, showcasing product features to customers.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
• A proactive approach to upselling products and engaging with customers.
