Role Overview (Entry Level - Sales Representative - FL Opportunity)

NexGen Therapeutics is seeking Sales Representative to spearhead territory growth and drive the adoption of our diagnostic portfolio. As an independent contractor, you will have the autonomy to manage your own schedule and business operations while leveraging NexGen’s innovative product line to enhance patient care in the gastroenterology and hepatology sectors.

Scope of Work & Deliverables

  • Business Development: Identify and close new sales opportunities within assigned territories to meet agreed-upon revenue milestones.
  • Account Representation: Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, maintaining professional relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Clinical Presentations: Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations for specialized medical staff.
  • Product Training: Deliver technical training sessions to healthcare professionals on iLivTouch® functionality and endoscopy disposable integration.
  • Market Strategy: Independently manage a sales pipeline and provide regular updates on market trends and territory progress via CRM.

Qualifications

  • Established Network: Proven experience in medical device sales, specifically within gastroenterology, hepatology, or diagnostic imaging, is highly preferred.
  • Sales Excellence: A track record of achieving high-volume sales targets and managing complex clinical sales cycles.
  • Communication Mastery: Ability to provide expert-level customer service and technical training to physicians and clinical staff.
  • Self-Sufficient: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a territory independently without daily supervision.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a Healthcare-related field is preferred.
