About the Role

PSI Square is hiring a Junior Software Engineer with a strong interest in algorithmic trading and financial systems. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who enjoy problem-solving, low-level logic, and working on real-world trading applications used by global clients.

You will be trained and mentored while working on live trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4 (MT4), MetaTrader 5 (MT5), and other modern trading systems.

If you like C++/logic-heavy programming and want to build systems that operate in real financial markets, this role is for you.What You’ll Work On

• Develop and modify trading bots, indicators, and tools for MT4 / MT5
• Assist in building algorithmic trading strategies under senior developer guidance
• Debug, test, and optimize existing trading systems
• Work with market data, price feeds, and execution logic
• Learn how real-time financial systems work in production environments

Required Skills (Must Have)

• Strong programming fundamentals in C++
• Good understanding of:
• Loops, conditions, functions
• Object-oriented programming concepts
• Ability to understand and debug existing code
• Interest in trading, finance, or real-time systems

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Exposure to MT4 / MT5 (academic, self-learning, or internship level)
• Basic knowledge of Python or C#
