Role Overview

Support a dynamic lifestyle operation in Jersey City that spans luxury residential spaces, energized dining venues, and relaxed social environments. This versatile role blends interior design sensibility, AI-powered visual content, social media storytelling, and creative collaboration, and will evolve alongside your strengths.

Core Responsibilities

  • Aesthetic & Spatial Direction
  • Shape the visual atmosphere across physical environments—furniture layout, décor, ambiance, and finishing touches in both residential and hospitality settings.
  • AI-Driven Visual Production
  • Generate and refine visual content—photography, short videos, and mood imagery—using AI tools, polished with your design judgment to reinforce brand coherence.
  • Social Media & Content Strategy
  • Lead the creation of engaging visual content for social platforms—reels, campaigns, lifestyle imagery—and contribute to content strategy, pacing, and narrative tone.
  • Cross-Functional Creative Collaboration
  • Partner with interior designers, marketers, operations, and hospitality teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Flexible Role Evolution

  • Trend & Idea Leadership
  • Track and synthesize trends in interior design, AI creativity, lifestyle branding, and social media; propose fresh visual and environmental concepts that elevate brand engagement.

Performance Expectations & Reporting Structure

Reporting To: Creative Director (or equivalent)
Key Metrics:

  • Social engagement (likes, shares, comments, views)
  • Visual and spatial brand consistency
  • Timely content delivery and campaign execution
  • Feedback from peers and stakeholders on visual execution
  • Contribution to interior initiatives and campaign concept development

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary: $55,000

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
