Job Title : HSE Manager

Location: Oman

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific HSE plans, procedures, and compliance programs.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations, client requirements, and international HSE standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, safety audits, and toolbox talks.
• Lead HSE training and awareness programs for project teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with project management to enforce safety practices and corrective actions.
• Maintain HSE documentation, reporting, and performance metrics.

Core Requirements:

• Must have Water Pipeline Experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and HSE management systems.
• Proven ability to lead HSE teams and drive a strong safety culture.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
