We seek a talented, ambitious, and enthusiastic environmental sustainability individual to join our Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) team.
Roles & Responsibility

Environmental and Life Cycle Assessment Oversight: Responsible for developing and overseeing environmental and life cycle assessments, guiding teams in evaluating the environmental impacts of products, processes, and systems. Ensure accurate analysis of environmental inputs and outputs, Environmental Product Declaration, identification of key impacts and recommend strategic improvements.

Carbon Footprint Reporting and Strategy: Develop and Oversee carbon footprint assessments, ensuring accuracy in reporting and identifying significant carbon reduction opportunities. Lead the formulation and execution of carbon reduction strategies and ensure comprehensive reporting for clients.

Decarbonization Road Mapping: Develop and manage a decarbonization roadmap for clients, including setting and aligning short and long-term carbon reduction targets with industry best practices. Provide strategic direction to achieve these goals.

Financed Emissions and Climate Risk Management: Provide expert guidance and services related to financial emissions and climate risk assessments, including alignment with frameworks such as TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures) and IFRS S2. Develop and deliver client-focused training programs to enhance understanding and application of these frameworks, ensuring clients can effectively integrate climate-related financial considerations into their decision-making and reporting processes.

Sustainable Supply Chain Management: Develop and manage assessments of clients’ supply chains to ensure environmental sustainability. Develop and implement strategies for sustainable procurement practices and optimize supply chain processes to reduce environmental impacts.

Training Program Development: Develop, implement and deliver training materials to enhance client understanding of environmental and LCA concepts. Ensure the creation of clear, effective presentations, guides and resources.

Regulatory Compliance Management: Ensure clients’ compliance with relevant environmental regulations and standards. Review the client’s teams who are responsible for maintaining air and water quality, hazardous waste management, and sustainable product labeling.

Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building: Engage with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and communities, to drive sustainability initiatives. Build support for initiatives, and review technical proposals and training materials to ensure alignment with sustainability goals.

Continuous Improvement and Performance Monitoring: Develop and oversee performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure clients achieve and maintain Environmental/Climate change targets.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, chemical, or a related field.

5-7 years of experience in the Life Cycle Assessment.

Previous experience in using LCA Software such as Open LCA and One Click LCA.

Experience in ISO 14064, 14067, GHG Protocol, IPCC 2006 Guidelines, ISO 14025, 14040, 14044 and EN-15804.

Deep expertise in sustainability, environmental systems, and life cycle assessment, with a proven ability to integrate these insights into business strategies.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with experience managing teams and coordinating across departments.

Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

A commitment to environmental sustainability and supporting clients in achieving their environmental/Climate change goals.
