Key Responsibilities:

Ensure full compliance with ADNOC HSE standards, UAE environmental regulations, and international best practices.

Implement and monitor the Project Environmental Management Plan (EMP).

Conduct environmental impact assessments and risk evaluations for construction activities.

Monitor air emissions, noise levels, wastewater discharge, and waste management systems.

Ensure proper hazardous and non-hazardous waste handling, storage, and disposal.

Conduct regular environmental inspections and audits at site.
-
Prepare environmental reports and submit documentation to ADNOC and regulatory authorities.

Coordinate with HSE, construction, and engineering teams to mitigate environmental risks.

Support sustainability initiatives and environmental performance improvement programs.

Investigate environmental incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
-
Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 Environmental Management System requirements.
Technical Requirements:
-
Minimum 8+ years of experience in Oil & Gas / LNG / Petrochemical plant construction projects.

Strong knowledge of ADNOC environmental standards and UAE environmental regulations.

Experience in large-scale EPC construction projects.
-
Familiar with environmental monitoring equipment and reporting tools.

Good understanding of waste management regulations and hazardous material control.

Experience with environmental auditing and compliance documentation.

Proficiency in MS Office and environmental reporting systems.
Preferred Certifications:

ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification (preferred).

NEBOSH Environmental Management Certificate (preferred).
-
Membership in recognized environmental or engineering professional bodies is an advantage.
