To strengthen the Kraft Heinz family, we are looking for an EHS Manager. The EHS Manager position is located within our Operations department. The workplace is in Susurluk/Balıkesir.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilizing basic configuration to improve performance in ORM at the factory location;
• Being the primary liaison to cooperate with the Kraft Heinz Legal and Communications Department regarding events that could jeopardize brand integrity;
• Developing and maintaining new and existing tools to ensure compliance with all Federal, State and local ORM regulations and assisting the factory with these requirements;
• Ensuring the facility complies with compliant Kraft Heinz policies/procedures, guidelines and operating principles;
• Installation and scope of EHS to mitigate/reduce the risk of improper adjustment of business structures;
• Proposing new policies or procedures as needed;
• Being responsible for security and weighing,
• Responsible for all environmental processes,
• Being responsible for all purification processes,
• Obtaining training for staff and employees, and management EHS students to recognize their contributions;
• Designing and implementing the facility's ORM Business Plans. Emergency preparedness plans ensure the implementation and availability of action for the process of breaking down business continuity risks.
• Keep all employee information available through continuous communication to help improve departmental employee relations.
• Participate in and build ORMP's annual audit and help improve actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in related measures,

• Class A or Class B occupational safety specialist certificate,

• At least 5 years of experience in EHS,

• Result driven & strong communication skills,

• Residing around Balıkesir,

• Prone to teamwork,

• Have a good level of English.
