Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine inspections at Al Ain Locations , accommodations, and other operational sites.
• Monitor compliance with Food Safety, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Assist in internal and external audits, including preparation of documents and evidence.
• Conduct Food Safety and QHSE trainings for staff (HACCP, ISO awareness, safety inductions).
• Maintain and update QHSE documentation, records, checklists, and monitoring logs.
• Report non-conformities and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are followed up and closed.
• Participate in incident/accident investigations and prepare reports with root cause analysis.
• Monitor pest control activities, chemical handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and HR for compliance and safety-related matters.
• Ensure proper implementation of risk assessments, SOPs, and Emergency Response Plans.
• Verify medical fitness compliance and staff training records.
• Support during government inspections (ADFSA, Municipality, Civil Defense, Health Authorities).
• Conduct vehicle, equipment, and PPE inspections as required.
• Promote a strong safety culture through awareness campaigns and toolbox talks.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the QHSE Manager or Management.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Food Science or Science Graduate
• HACCP Level 3 (mandatory)
• Food Safety Level 4 (mandatory)
• Certifications in ISO 22000, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001
• Minimum 1 year GCC experience in Food Safety/QHSE
• Valid UAE Driving Licence
